According to ESPN, 15 states currently offer full-scale legalized sports betting while another five — Colorado, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, and Tennessee — plus Washington DC has recently passed bills. Another 25 have introduced bills in their legislature but have not yet passed.

What States Can You Bet On Draftkings Sportsbook
The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 put a federal ban on state-authorized sports gambling in every state that did not meet already legalize sports betting by the 1991 deadline. Prior to the Supreme Court decision, Delaware was one of five states exempted from the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act. Delaware was limited to basic parlay bets on only NFL games.
